VOLUNTEER!

Please Help Us Welcome Our New CASA Volunteers!!!!

CASA of Titus, Camp and Morris Counties is pleased to welcome Daniel Utpadel, Kami Scott, Trisha Carey, Elizabeth Mendoza, and Vonlisa Bennett. Daniel, Kami, Trisha, Elizabeth, and Vonlisa took an oath before the Honorable Deane Loughmiller in Camp County Court on June 26, 2019. Mr. Utpadel, Mrs. Scott, Mrs. Carey, Mrs. Mendoza, and Mrs. Bennett completed 30 hours of training and courtroom observation. Each CASA volunteer advocate will be assigned a case that may include a child or sibling group that was removed from their home due to abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers work for the best interest of the child/children making sure they have a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. CASA volunteers are citizens in our community, just like you, that want to make a difference in a child/children’s lives while they are removed from their families and placed in foster care. If you want to make a difference in a child’s life contact Michelle Cobern at call 903-767-3679 or visit becomeacasa.org or www.casatcm.org.
