Take the first step to becoming a CASA advocate:

VOLUNTEER!

Please Help Us Welcome Our New CASA Volunteers

CASA of Titus, Camp and Morris Counties is pleased to announce the graduating class of March  2019: from left to right, is Jacqueline Harris and Gwendalyn Bukett. The new CASA volunteer advocates took an oath before the Honorable Judge Angela Saucier in Titus County Court on March 21, 2019. All of the CASA Advocates completed 30 hours of training and court room observation. Each CASA volunteer advocate will be assigned a case that may include a child or sibling group that was removed from their home due to abuse or neglect. CASA volunteers work for the best interest of the child/children making sure they have a safe, permanent home as quickly as possible. CASA volunteers are citizens in our community, just like you, that want to make a difference in a child/children’s life while they are removed from their families and placed in foster care. If you want to make a difference in a child’s life contact Michelle Cobern at call 903-767-3679 or visit http://becomeacasa.org/
