CASA of Titus, Camp, and Morris Counties welcomes
CASA of Titus, Camp and Morris Counties welcomes (from left to right) Fernanda Roque, Maria Moya, Andrea Askew, Adelayda Ramirez, Angelica Davila, and Cleveland Thomas. The new CASA volunteer advocates took an oath on Wednesday August 22, 2018 before the Camp County Judge, Honorable Judge Loughmiller. The new CASA Advocates are now sworn in and have accepted their duties as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Volunteer. Won’t you join us and be a part of a caring group of Volunteers that work to ensure all children placed in the foster care system, due to abuse and neglect, can have the safe, stable and nurturing environments they need to thrive? CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Volunteers speak up for a child in court so that child’s voice can be heard as that child is going through the foster care system. CASA volunteers are citizens in our community, just like you, that want to make a difference in a child/children’s life while they are removed from their families and placed in foster care. If you want to make a difference in a child’s life contact Michelle Cobern at call 903-767-3679 or visithttp://becomeacasa.org/
